Support Vocations

The Church and the world need priests, and we all play a role in helping God provide those priests for his people.

Fr. Craig Giera Invites You to Support Priestly Vocations

Promoting priestly vocations fits within our larger mission to unleash the Gospel.

Pray for Priestly Vocations

Join Fr. Craig Giera in praying the Luminous Mysteries

The Archdiocese of Detroit Office of Priestly Vocations is entrusted to the care of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, in union with the Sacred Heart of Jesus for which our Seminary is named. May Mary’s Immaculate Heart guide the souls of those prayerfully considering a vocation to the priesthood, and may her protection be upon all priests.

The Luminous Mysteries, typically prayed on Thursdays, may also be offered for priestly vocations and those called to meet the challenge of priestly life.
